About Theos
Built at the Intersection of Planning, Real Estate & Development
Theos Planning & Development was founded to provide a more integrated approach to navigating the development process. Bringing together real estate, land use, entitlement, permitting, and technical code expertise, Theos helps property owners and development teams evaluate opportunities, navigate complex approval processes, and move projects forward.
Our Approach
From Vision to Viability
Our approach combines development strategy with hands-on project coordination and specialized technical knowledge. From early feasibility and entitlement strategy to permitting, fire and building code consulting, and specialized plan review, Theos provides focused support at critical stages of the development process.
Every project begins with an opportunity. Theos works with clients to understand that opportunity, identify potential constraints, coordinate with the appropriate agencies and professionals, and establish a practical path toward approval.
